Ski Trip 2015
Over 30 eager students travelled to the stunning resort of Le Corbier in
the French Alps for the much-anticipated annual Ski Training Course this week.
Students (and staff) were excited to hit the slopes for six days of skiing,
with the aim of the trip to allow students to improve their skiing ability in
one of the best resorts in France.
It was a year this week that the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi got
underway, which saw Great Britain record their best display at a Winter
Olympics for nearly ninety years. CHS decided to hold their very own Olympic
Super-G competition.Ski Trip 2015- Alpine Skiing, Super-G Final Results
It was then the turn of a head-to-head race with a 1v1 slalom. Elliott Darmon can be seen here winning his heat whilst Ted Hubbard crashes out spectacularly!
Mr Naylor will be hoping to defend his Super-G title at next year’s ski
trip. You can see more photos from the trip on CHS’ PE department’s twitter account.
